I enjoyed listening to this book and look forward to listening to more by this author. I noticed there are a few more books in this series, but right now this is the only audiobook. The narrator did a nice job and has a very gentle voice.

This is from a renters point of view. This storyline held my attention. She rented to a evil woman and was stuck with her. If you like cozy mysteries I think you'll like this. I did. Virginia Ferguson does a good job narrating this book.
