The body of Nadia Zarinski, an attractive young woman who worked for Senator Bruce Lerner - and who volunteered at Ford's - is discovered in the alley behind the theatre. I enjoyed learning about Ford's Theatre and more about President Lincoln's assassination. The story was good. I did have a suspicion of who the killer was within the first few chapters. Overall, an easy enjoyable listen, just not as exciting as some of the others. I really enjoyed the detective duo who investigated the case. I also thought Richard Allen really added a lot to this story.

The narration was pretty bad. His voice is irritating, presentation too dramatic. I couldn't get past chapter two.

I love all of Ms. Truman books.

I've read a number of the entries in this series and I've never been disappointed.

The pace is brisk. the settings and characters interesting and I'm not able to guess the outcome ahead of time. That's an ideal combination when I want to be entertained.
