My Stepbrother's Wedding was an overall okay listen for me. The story moves quickly and doesn’t try to be overly complicated, which made it easy to follow. The premise of traveling across the world for a whirlwind wedding had potential, and I enjoyed seeing the various mishaps unfold along the way.

I did find the main female character a bit self‑centered and somewhat spoiled at the start, which made it harder to connect with her. However, her personal growth by the end of the story was a welcome improvement and added some emotional depth.

While this wasn’t a new favorite for me, the narration and audio quality were solid. Alaura Howery gave a smooth, dependable performance that helped keep the story moving.

Overall, it’s a quick, light listen that’s fine for a short escape, even if it didn’t fully stand out.

I got this as a free code for an honest real. this was a cute growing up book. combining two families is always hard on kids and this book shows it from the point of view of a barely legal child. she grows and learns to accept her stepfamily while a series of unfortunate events around her stepbrother's wedding. this book was hilarious

What can go wrong… and of course, you know how that usually turns out. This story was entertaining and had that perfect mix of humor and heartache—funny-sad, if that’s a thing. It was a great way to pass the time, and the narration was well done and added nicely to the overall experience.
