A babysitter sees herself on camera committing a crime she never did.

Cass thought she was safe. She worked nights, cared for kids, and minded her own life. Then a client’s husband showed her nanny-cam footage of her breaking into their safe. She was home that night. She knows it. But the video says otherwise.

What starts as a lie on a screen spreads like a virus through her block. Fake clips. Spoofed calls. False alarms. Neighbors pulled into drills they never agreed to. The harder Cass fights to prove her innocence, the deeper she’s dragged into a scheme built on fear itself.

Every voice sounds suspect. Every door might hide a trap. A crooked security company thrives on panic, selling parents “safety” that creates more danger. When the lies escalate from video tricks to staged emergencies, Cass realizes the nanny-cam was only the first move in a larger game.

Now she must uncover the truth before fear turns deadly. The problem: the enemy isn’t just one man, one camera, or one company. It’s a system that makes money when families don’t feel safe.

Fast, sharp, and laced with dark humor, Nanny Cam Lies is a popcorn psychological thriller about ordinary people in ordinary places forced into life-or-death choices.

The camera never sleeps. The lies never stop. Who do you trust when even the footage betrays you?
