Do you have OCD? Or do you know someone who has OCD?

Or perhaps you have just seen the symptoms in yourself and others, and you’re wondering if it’s enough to classify it as a “disorder”.

Either way, OCD is more common than you think. Therefore, it’s important and useful to educate yourself about it. One of the best ways you can do this, is by reading or listening to a book that explains all the details, the things to look, and answers a myriad of questions people have asked about it.

This is exactly what this book will provide you: The means to comprehend the disorder better, and to figure out the best solutions that are applicable to you or someone else who has it. In this guide, you’ll find helpful tips about parenting those with OCD, other related disorders that could be involved, or the causes and theories about the disorder in general.

On top of that, the very nature of obsessions and compulsions is described intricately, as well as the cerebral causes and factors that attribute to the condition.

Go ahead and get started. You won’t regret it.

I think it's good to know more about OCD. Some of use may have a compulsion of washing their hands (not a bad thing during this coronavirus period), and others with counting or organizing things. I think we all have our quirks, but official OCD diagnoses are difficult to handle at times. This is a good book, and I recommend it to everyone who knows someone who has OCD, or thinks they have it.
