Once upon a Trailer Park begins with a murder on the streets of the beautiful bird RV Park in Palm Hill, Florida. As residents learn bits and pieces about the crime (some true, some less so), they form and reform theories of the killer’s identity. It’s the park weirdo. It’s the ex-wife. It’s the victim’s employer.

For a few couples in the park, it's important to find out the truth - some due to friendship, some from fear, some to protect themselves.

What soon becomes clear is that asking too many questions brings danger. In fact, for one unlucky senior citizen, it could spell disaster.

A new series that’s suspenseful, humorous, and focused on mature couples with loving (but, sometimes, contentious) relationships.

Pretty good mystery and a fun setting. I like the multiple points of view. it's a great way to get to know the characters, and although it takes a few chapters before you recognize who's who, that doesn't negatively impact the story. It's still easy to follow what's going on.

I'm looking forward to the next in the series!

pretty good

I received this book for free. I am voluntarily posting this review and all opinions expressed herein are my own.

This is a cozy mystery set in an RV trailer park - which is mostly populated by middle-aged retired snowbirds. The murder mystery itself is interesting but there are a lot of characters and the book is constantly changing the POV. With so many characters, none were very well developed and at times, it became confusing, as the POV kept shifting, as to who you were following. I would have liked this better had the author focused on two or three characters and developed them more.

The narrator, Anne Jacques, did a fine job - she was clear but was a bit slow.

Too Many Characters/POV

Maggie Pill has crafted an excellent start to a new series. The enjoyable characters and the mystery is interesting. I hope there are more to follow in this series.
