Sarah has had enough of men. It's time to rekindle her first true love - travel - so she books a sailing trip around the Greek islands with a group of strangers.

The very last thing Sarah wants is to meet someone new, but then a gorgeous American man boards her yacht... And when she also encounters a handsome silver fox who promises her the world, she realises that trouble really does come in twos.

Will Sarah dive into a holiday fling - or stick to her plan to steer clear of men, continue her love affair with feta, and find her own way after all?

While this book provides some of what you’d want and expect from a sunny holiday book - romance, food, and scenery - it’s does so poorly. The characters have unbelievably banal banter that sounds more like that of high schoolers than the supposed 30 something characters. The protagonist and I believe every other main women in the book references at least one other woman as “a pig” and often themselves as such also. If this was just the protagonist I could believe it was a deliberate attempt to humanize and make her less likable - unfortunately it didn’t play off as that and I often wondered if it was written by a misogynistic man with the poor portrayals of stereotypical female “hormonal” outbursts and cattiness. The author also clearly did not do her research - she makes several pointed references that just aren’t right - like ambien being over the counter in the US, and having a prior experienced international travel manager who immediately makes rookie travel mistakes and seems completely flabbergasted by the simplest things. I did enjoy the descriptions of food and place but that’s about it.

Easy but lacking listen

I chose this book because I have recently traveled to Greece. Thankfully, the only saving grace of this book is the description of the country, the food and it's people. Everything else about this book was lackluster. Boring characters, not a lot of development, and weird interactions between them. The ending left me not wanting to ready the rest of the series....

Boring

I chose this book because of where it takes place. I was expecting more development within the story.

A little disappointed :/

Was like the editor said need to add more & they added random crap. The narrator was the WORST. I finished but was difficult.

Poor plot.
