The wedding party always hooks up, right? Well with a crazy meet cute like Lowell and Hollis had, it's just foreplay for the evening. But what comes next is unexpected and is such a fun listen I couldn't stop! An accidental pregnancy leads to a bond between these two that is unbreakable. Or is it? Lowell is tough to trust, Hollis is independent and recently divorced. What a couple! It's romantic and passionate, a true friendship and loving relationship all rolled into one. Teagan Hunter has scored another goal with this one! Love these Carolina Comet!

Tim Paige and Callie Dalton continue their narration of this series and keep the fun coming. They are perfect for this series, each character understood and the voice matching their personality. Paige is a little wary at first as Lowell, but we can hear his continuing change of feelings as the story progresses. Dalton is snarky and independent as Hollis. I love how the inflections in her voice let us know exactly how Hollis is feeling. This team works so well together and makes for a great listen.

Book #3 in Carolina Comets series was such a great sports, accidental pregnancy romance. Hollis and Lowell had the sexual chemistry. I liked that both had strong personalities and knew what they wanted in life. Plenty of witty banter, steam and funny moments throughout their story.

Tim Paige & Callie Dalton were the perfect Lowell and Hollis. Wonderful job portraying all the characters.

This is the second book of the series that I’ve listened to and I absolutely love these characters!! The group feels so cohesive and they are written in a way that you can feel the love and camaraderie between the teammates and their significant others, friends and family. Hollis and Lowell go from enemies to lovers to friends to lovers all while navigating a surprise pregnancy and a lot of mutual acquaintances that are watching every move they make. They are super sweet together in all stages of their relationship and it was entertaining to listen to their story unfold.
The narrators did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend this book to any lover of audiobooks and sports romance lovers!! I cannot wait to dive into Smiths book.

This book is everything that Teagan does well. This is rom-com perfection. The banter is top notch and an all together fun light read. One-Timer is a surprise pregnancy romance. Hollis and Lowell had one of the most interesting meet-cutes. Even if it wasn’t so cute and had a little slap in it. Things got hot between them at her sister’s wedding. A few weeks later, Hollis discovers that she is pregnant. It was hard for Lowell at first due to a past situation but both Hollis and Lowell are coming off bad relationships. They ended up being exactly what the other needed. Their conversations were hilarious. I honestly could have read an entire book of just their texts back and forth.

Teagan used the characters from previous stories really well and I loved getting to see them all again. Hollis and Lowell created the perfect family between themselves and their baby but also with their friends/family. And of course it has hockey. Everyone is loving hockey right now and this has the perfect amount. Just enough to make you love it, but not too much that you get confused.

This was a fantastic narration. Tim Paige is quickly becoming a favorite and Callie Dalton has such an easy to listen to voice. They brought out every emotion and feeling from the characters and made it an amazing performance.

I really liked this book.
Listened as a stand alone, I havnt listened the the first two and didn’t find it over hard to listen without listening to the others. The narration was fantastic and the story reminds me a little of Helena’s pucked series.

I like that the bases is set around a hockey team but it doesn’t really say much about the team on the Ice.

Would listen to others in this series as they become available on audio.
