This was a good read. Carrie a college governors' daughter. And Finn a Marine that is working undercover for the governor to watch over his daughter. He is NOT allowed to touch her or get found out. She meets him as a surfer college student, and she can't stop wanting him. Opps... sparks fly and can't be held back. Warnings this is a cliff hanger. Narration was perfect! I will be reading the second book.
