Definitely written by a man because we have a female character who is a secret double agent spy who is basically useless most of the book. Like babe how did you get this far? Nepotism gets you far apparently in secret spy groups. Then we have two psychos who deserved their death. The only authentic character is Shady. He knows who he is and what he has done and will joke about it. Love his humor and loyalty. Evan is egotistical and naive which is rough combination.
