Something about accents that just does it for me. Everyone did a great job. A few things here and there but nothing to nit pick about and spend time writing on cause it's not even that serious.
Now this is the comeback release I was needing from Sara Cate. Came across Salacious Players Club due to a recommendation on Tik Tok and fell in love with series. So, when she announced a new generation series Salacious Legacy I was excited. Mannn it was very underwhelming and cringe many times felt like I was gonna DNF but pushed through. I'm not a reader that will dislike a writer cause of one book I don't like. I'm so happy she decided to have this release be for the Sinful Manor series cause I LOVED Keep Me and the character Killian. Something about men with accents is just hawt😂😂
Declan was a character that I didn't feel annoyed by the pain he caused Colin honestly. His trauma at a young age that he nor any of his siblings really got help for festered into something else into adulthood that made relationship foreign . I cried so much for Colin falling in love with his best friend that also loved him but was so Emotionally disconnected out of fear of losing the people he loved.
I think I also am a lil bias towards Declan cause I feel like I can't do relationships either, I feel like I'm emotionally detached all though my reason don't stem from trauma I feel like if a good thing comes my way because, I'm afraid of getting hurt I will reject it and spend years regretting it. In Declan case 7 years he missed out on which is so sad, but they found each other again and I'm so happy another Barclay sibling is healed and found love. Can't wait for the next release for this series.❤💫

All three narrators did a fantastic job. I cried big ugly tears and felt all the feelings of yearning, angst and a second chance at love.

Two college roommates turned best friends turned lovers! This was filled with a lot of grief and emotion from both characters. I was a little tripped up on the dual time lines but it really made the story level up.

Declan and Colin, my babies. When they meet Colin is a sheltered kid trying to spread his wings and Declan is his way into trying new things. Declan is trying to get away from his overbearing family and live more. They both become instant best friend, never failing to spend time together even in the campus breaks. Before they graduate there is some shifting. That turns into yearly hang outs. The growth of love and lust over the years is just incredible.

When fate really puts them back in their paths, Declan realized what he gave up.

The way they love one another made me smile so much.
