WOW! This was a fantastic sequel to an already amazing first suspenseful first book! Nita’s struggle with her sobriety came as no surprise to anyone paying attention to her. Lexie was preoccupied with too many external distractions to really pay attention to her beloved.

The suspenseful elements that make her the hero she is, makes it not surprising it somewhat would go to her head!

She’s offered to head a special task force and does not check with her fiancé before saying yes!

That is looking for trouble! Otherwise, this was an excellent book with excellent narration!
