It is doable, and easy to follow along (if and) once you understand alot of the practice itself. Could have been better but it could have been worse too. He definitely knows what he's talking about so the knowledge is there, though beginner friendly is questionable.

Overall a good listen if you're on a meditation journey to learn different forms of meditation. I just listened to this in my car during lunch breaks here and there and it's decent.
