DNF, the AI narration was intolerable, but also the characters were really oversimplified and I was concerned about the saviorism that ran through the story.

AI narration is trash, story is… problematic

The AI narrator, Virtual Voice, is awful. There is no inflection whatsoever in the narration. There are awkward pauses mid sentence. Words are regularly mis-pronounced. Character's name's are pronounced differently many times throughout the book. This AI narrator should not ever be used.

Virtual Voice is terrible

I think this is a good story but I couldn’t get through it. This is the first book I have ever started and not been able to finish. The AI narration is awful. It’s flat no inflection and the mispronunciation of words is very distracting. Names were pronounced differently almost every time so it was impossible to keep the plot. I hope this is not the future of narrated books.
