This book is short and simple.

It's the authors personal story and testimony which I actually relate to very much and he shares his perspective which I found enlightening.

This book is not full of psychological facts from leading studies on the topic of porn addiction. If that's what you're looking for than this book is not quite it. However, that does not detract from the value of this book.

In every chapter the author identifies scripture references to reinforce the intended message and the 5 steps the author laid out are very similar to steps used in many credible programs.

If you're a Christian who stuggles with porn addiction, this book can be a strong step in the right direction to victory and freedom.
