For the last six years, the Mad Dogs have been fighting a two-front war against the Organization and the rouge Councilmembers who disagree with the Mad Dogs methods. While the war rages on, Doc has steadfastly been creating a serum which would allow humans to be turned into Mad Dogs with just a shot. Not only speeding up the process of creating new Mad Dogs, but also reducing the possible trauma requiring new recruits to have sex with every Mad Dog to become part of the pack. The serum is ready; the next step is to recruit more men to join the Mad Dogs Units.

Listening to the previous Mad Dogs series is not required, but recommended.

This book contains M/M sexual situations and is intended for listeners of legal age in the country in which they reside. Please store your adult literature responsibly.

The Mad Dog series continues with a host of new characters. I still enjoy Brenda Cothern's approach to storytelling, and this new entry in the Mad Dog series shows how much her writing has evolved over the years.

I was happy to get a few glimpses of the characters from the first core series. I have missed Marcus and Brian, and I not so secretly hope they get more page time in the future. I am also interested in seeing where the fight against the Organization leads the new teams.

This book has a decent conclusion and great narration by Garrett Reins, but I really want more. Sigh.

Good story. Good narration.
