What if you could be loved for who you are—not who you think you have to be?

Relationships Unfiltered is a compassionate guide for anyone who struggles with people-pleasing, perfectionism, or the fear of being “too much” in relationships.

Whether in dating, marriage, friendship, or family, the pressure to be flawless often leaves us disconnected—from others and from ourselves.

This empowering book will show you how to:

  • Stop overthinking and start showing up authentically

  • Let go of perfection and embrace vulnerability

  • Set boundaries with clarity and kindness

  • Build deeper relationships rooted in truth, not performance

Through powerful insights and actionable tools, you’ll discover how to create connections that don’t require a mask—and finally feel seen, heard, and valued for who you truly are.

Drop the act. Be yourself. And let that be enough.

Overall this is a short audiobook that hits all of the marks to stimulate further development from the topics in each chapter. I would like the option of a paperback edition and possibly an accompanying study guide for a book club. I would highly recommend as an introductory book for all young adults that would help in developing normal relationships with others.
