Nolan isn’t too old for me, no matter what he says...

I started coming to the coffee shop to work on my novel, but I keep coming back to watch Nolan - the hot-as-hell alpha who owns the place. So, what if he’s a few...okay, several...years older than me? I know that I belong in his bed and in his life.

Nolan’s been hurt by young omegas before, and I need to convince him that we could be the real thing. He gets me like no one ever has, and I yearn to be his.

But when a post on my blog sparks controversy, I’m suddenly in danger, and Nolan thinks it’s all my fault.

Are we really over before we begin? Or, can Nolan and I find a way to overcome the threats and take our chance at love?

I had empathy for both Theo and Nolan's bad past relationships. These two were so cute tip towing around each other in the beginning. When tragedy strikes it's a wake up call for both
guys to get it together and handle what's important!!! I enjoyed watching the dynamics of their relationship grow and change. Great epilogue. The narrator did a great job. I voluntarily listened to a free copy and am giving an honest review.

Looks like I'm going to post a very unpopular opinion on this book, but... I'm sorry, but during most of the time, it was a boring story.

Nothing really happens until almost the end of the book, and, by then, I was tired of the characters.

And C.S. Harder's narration didn't help. His range of voices is limited, and the secondary characters sounded all very similar.

Not the book for me, evidently.
