Was a pleasant listen! Drags a little toward the end with the descriptors. Looking forward to the next book, original and the fights scenes didn’t take forever and the plot moves forward pretty decently.

Solid writing all the way around. Complex interesting characters. Endless mystery in the form of world building and its magic system. Frequent fighting. Believable plot. And strong narration. I really enjoyed this book.
