In September 2019, Max Morgan boarded a vintage Twin Beech aircraft with his five co-workers and was pulled back in time to northern Germany 1,700 years earlier.

Max’s family found acceptance from the local villagers, and Max trained them in tactics to turn them into a cohesive fighting force that made the Romans nervous. I really enjoy how there is a mix of history invention, war, magic, and mistiscm. Fantastic writing and a great performance.

I loved all the character development, as well as the history in the series. Tying it all to north. Mythology made it exceptionally interesting. I hope the author continues to write more books with Max as his main character.
