A well narrated collection of short west coast (San Francisco based) noir detective stories- though the nameless detective does not have the grit and flaws of many noir detectives. Very reminiscent of the Continental series. I received a complimentary copy for review, but would have been happy to spend a credit on this audible book.

SCENARIOS by BILL PRONZINI AND NARRATED BY NICK SULLIVAN are short stories mostly featuring Mr. Pronzini's character the NAMELESS DETECTIVE I have, in other version heard some of the stories told here but am more than happy to once again listen to the re-runs and the new ones I have not heard before. Nick Sullivan does a very good job with narration


SCENARIOS is well worth the listen to not only fans of the Nameless Detective but anyone who appreciates a great set of short stories.

His stories are always enjoyable to listen or read, . Having just a few minutes these are great. Given audio for my voluntary review and my honest opinion enjoyed the narration good clear voice added to these.

These short stories are interesting but not very well developed. The performance enhanced the story. It was narrated like the PI was actually telling his story.

This is a collection of mystery stories. I thought they were all pretty good. Normally im not a fan of short stories. But i liked these. Nick Sullivan did a good job narrating these stories.
