Another fun addition to the Legends for Kids series (listening as an adult). Outlander began my interest in Scotland years ago, but I wasn't too familiar with Scottish legends beyond selkies and the Loch Ness monster. I enjoyed learning about them and all the different ties to nature. Once again Guy Barnes does a great job bringing these stories to life with energy and enthusiasm.

As someone of Scottish descent, it was great to learn more of the folklore of my ancestors! As an adult listener, it was easy to follow along with while doing house chores & I learned a lot that I hadn’t already. It’d be perfect for kids learning mythology or to learn about their heritage. Each chapter covers a different topic and gives life lessons & things to think about with each bit of folklore. I really enjoyed this!.
