Good story. Narrator was overall good but the portrayal of the teenage girl was awful. At times I hated what should be a sympathetic, likable character. I had to work consciously to take that into consideration and not wish a teenage girl a stun gun to the chest.

I think this is her best one yet! This is one of those novels you can't put down and I enjoyed every minute.

Another edge-of-your-seat book from Meg Gardiner. The story was far-fetched even for fiction, but still good. I almost gave it four stars instead of five though because I have a couple of details I’d like better resolved. But overall, it was still a five star read.

Shadowheart is another bases loaded last of the nineth ending with the batting team down 3 points! Meg Gardiner has hit another grand slam home run with her book Shadowheart! Now I absolutely do not want to give a single itsy bitsy morsel of the twist and turns along with how this mystery puzzle is put together, meaning I do not want to say anything which could remotely provide any type of spoilers!!
Now I always right a pros and cons on my reviews. PROS: THE ENTIRE BOOK!! Meg Gardiner's sheer talent and imagination not to mention the way she see less is able to formulate each and every sentence in such a manner that the story line flows effortlessly. Not only that, as she writes her stories,.it is like each previous sentence, paragraph, page and chapter only further enhances her plot line even more. I know that not make sense, but image if her writing ability in which to craft and telling stories was instead music, well then during the current times if she were a guitar player, she would be Eddie Van Halen or Slash, now if you go back a few centuries, well she would have been the Beethoven of that time. Or possibly one of the famous painters in history. What it all comes down to is this extremely gifted author, Meg Gardiner is an author you will want to definitely keep an eye on and whenever she publishes a new book, well I can definitely and honestly tell you, that I shall be there in line waiting excitedly to purchase it!!
Now for the CONS: Well, honestly I can only think of a single con and that is simply I felt that my time enjoying this went went by far to fast! 😃. Which is how it normally goes when one finds a treasure of a book which just immediately draws you straight into the book during the very first chapter!

If you have read any of this series UNSUB, then I can tell you that you will NOT be disappointed!! And for any and everyone who has not had the pleasure to have read, felt like you were a part of the story...all while thoroughly enjoying each book, Well I can wholeheartedly endorse this series and each and every book of the series!

Another Grand Slam home run for Meg Gardiner!! Definitely will NOT DISAPPOINT YOU!!
