I was very pleased with the detail and the step process to practice the Silva method. It’s been a great companion to meditation for healing, self-improvement, and attainment a deeper understanding of how the mind works and how you can train or reshape negative thinking, emotions, past trauma etc. I’ve also read other books, about Neuroplasticity, Food for the brain, etc., this complemented all. Helpful and inspiring introduction to the ESP methods created by Jose Silva.

I had heard about the Silva Mind Control method for decades but never before looked into it. This is a very good introduction.

The narrator’s delivery is a perfect match for the material - his voice remains within the bounds of reason and is respectful of the topic which after all is meditation.

This audiobook has enticed me to purchase other books and possibly a class or course in achieving the coveted Alpha Level.

Although the book is a bit dry, the concepts are fascinating and useful. This is the second book I've listened to by Jose Silva and intend to take the course to go deeper. The books introduce the ideas, but practice is needed.

As a Silva graduate who learned from Jose Silva himself, I can say this audible book is just like being in the classroom with the best Silva teachers. I play it over and over to reinforce what I learned 40 years ago without signing up, flying to another city, paying for accommodations etc.
