The smell of my success thick in the air as another human manages to break their contract. It clearly states for eternity. Considering it was his daughter’s life he waged, I guess he wasn’t overly concerned. Bound by blood, her soul is now mine. The sweet scent that’s seeping from her pores fills my lungs. It’s the fear she is pretending not to show. Usually, I’m not attracted to any human entity, but I am inexplicably drawn to her.

I fully enjoyed this book. The characters were well written and I could picture them almost instantly. I’ve just recently gotten into more spicy genres and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed the spice in this book. It was erotic but not so raunchy that it took away from the story. In the quick 2.5 hrs it took for this book to play out I was left wanting more. This was also the first time I’ve listened to an audible duet where the male and female characters were both voiced by their actually gender even when you were in a chapter from the others point of view. It threw me off at first but in the end it definitely gave the audio more pizazz and made it more enjoyable to listen to. It was almost like you could see them acting it out. All in all definitely a five star in my books, can’t wait to get more book from this Author!!

I completely love this story! How does she come up with the ideas and images that she does? Oh who cares, it's amazing either way, but I'm sure it's her supernatural gift. Must read if you love the paranormal, otherworldly and spicy love story!

This novella was enjoyable and entertaining. I loved the FMC. She’s feisty and sweet at the same time. The MMC doesn’t stay behind. He was giving powerful scary vibes, but still caring. Even though he was oblivious to that fact. The narrators did an absolute amazing job. Their voice aligned perfectly with the characters.
