This is all gas and someone cut the break lines! Sledge is a no holds barred, bare knuckle fight to the death from beginning to end. There are definitely some points where you cannot guess what's coming. You will not be disappointed!

I have to say the Narration of the book strikes the perfect tone and sets the feel for the book. Expertly well done! Nick does a great job taking us on a fun action-packed journey. Always ending each chapter with the perfect hanger. I will say the very end seemed a bit anti climatic but didn't change how much I loved Nicks story!

This book is not for the faint of heart. The best comparison I can make is Punisher meets Sin City. If you want a violent adrenaline fueled roller coaster them this is the book for you.

It's the tempo that surprised me. There is a quality of connection between the action, exposition, and suspense that is just so clean. The characters and the sets play well off of eachother and make for a visceral experience. "New to me" narrator but he was perfect 🙌🏻
