I loved Colton and Rhylee's story but I fell in love with Colton and Becks. Their story had passion and love and compassion. And you just couldn't help falling in love with Beckett a little more each time.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Absolutely. K. Bromberg brought something refreshing, yet emotional, gut wrenching, and sexy to a genre that is over-wrought with same-ol, same-ol.

Who was your favorite character and why?

KB does such a great job of developing both leading characters that it's hard to choose one, but, tender yet take-no-crap-alpha Beckett is just too hot not to love as the favorite. The narration was perfect. Too often I feel the male narrators reading the female parts fall short. The narration from both POV's made the listen an easy one, rather than being a distraction.

Which scene was your favorite?

Can't really reply without a spoiler, but the "ladybug" scene for the drama, as well as the epilogue. Holy hell. :-)

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Hrmph.. :-) Yes, both. Heart-wrenching scenes were inter-woven into the playful, intelligent banter that made me smile and sometimes laugh out loud.

Any additional comments?

I blew threw this book entirely too quickly, and am having amaz-book withdrawals. I highly recommend this listen, as with the others KB has written. I've read them all. Future books will be auto-downloads from this author for me. Absolutely worth the credit. The only reason I gave the story 4 stars was the back and forth, push and pull that went on maybe one time too many. In all fairness, however, I'm not sure the book could have been written without each one. The back and forth has just been done too many times, too often by other authors and I'm probably a little over-sensitive about this.

I totally hated when the female character imitated the male characters voice. I really had to push through it in the beginning but it got better towards the end when he spoke more. I looooved this story. It was very moving!

WOW I didn't think I could love anyone more than Colton Donovan (Driven Trilogy) but Becks gives him a run for his money! What an emotional ride... I laughed, I cried, and I LOVED every minute of it!
