Loved this straightforward approach to telling it like it is and walking through a real-life example of shifting the focus from the adults to the scouts.

This is such a great book. I have been of fan of Clark Greene’s podcast for a while. I finally bought the book because I was struggling with our troop. The book answers a lot of the questions o have had for a long time with running the troop. I can’t wait to put these skills into practice.
