This Carrington Cove series just keeps getting better and better. Grady and Scottie’s story took me on an emotional journey of fresh starts and second chances. I loved their deep connection and seeing their friendship evolve. Sebastian York and Samantha Brentmoor’s superb narration brought this wonderful small town friends to lovers tale to life.

I absolutely loved listening to the audiobook of Sometimes You Fall written by Harlow James and narrated brilliantly by Sebastian York and Samantha Brentmoor. They brought Grady and Scottie’s story to life and all their emotions perfectly. Loved this story and narration so much. I highly recommend this audiobook.

Can I just say how much I loved Grady and Scottie! Holy moly, Harlow out did herself with this one. These two were hot, but Grady was on fire. They had it rough individually, and were lost before they found each other again. Grady a ex MLB pitcher was back in his hometown trying to rebuild his life. Scottie, a teacher/school administrator and single mom was running from her past and slowly but surely found a safe haven in Carrington Cove.
High school crushes, a reconnect, a hot one night stand, and a surprise pregnancy… sign me up. From the beginning of this story we are given the underlying chemistry, the banter, sass, and all the tension. And, once things heats up boy, does it heat up. Grady’s mouth. Oooo, y’all. Delicious. His actions are also just so swoon worthy.
While Scottie is apprehensive, guarded, cautious, and has a hard time trusting anyone Grady is there every step of the way trying to show her what’s she’s been missing. He’s trustworthy, dependable, and most importantly he won’t leave. He shows her and Chase he’s loving, supportive, and patient. Love the relationship he starts to build with Chase even if he meets resistance. He’s all in, building the family he never had, and allowing Scottie to accept his love and loving her through her insecurities while having some of his own insecurities lingering. They were each other’s missing puzzle pieces. Loved catching up with the crew, and getting updates on them. Loved the meddling families, especially Gigi (Scottie’s grandma). She’s spicy, has no filter and is a boss 😂😂. The audiobook was narrated by Sebastian York and Samantha Brentmoor. They embodied these characters and the characterizations so well. The emotions they lead with though out the audiobook was a chefs kiss and I couldn’t stop listening. Make sure y’all check out the bonus content at the end of the book. I can’t wait to read Parker and Cashlynn’s story next.

Book 3 in the Carrington Cove Series

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (A million)

I loved this book. I just had to put that first because there is no way I can say it enough. I started this book and immediately knew I had to finish it that night. I listened to it while following along with ebook and loved Sebastian York and Samantha Brentmoor as Grady and Scottie (absolutely love the name Scottie).

One thing that cracked me up was that when Sebastian York was doing the voice for Chet it kind of reminded me of Larry the Cable Guy😂.

This book is about two best friends who get separated for 15 years, but after one night everything changes.
