Listening to this book, I am amazed by how purple the prose can get in places, without feeling snobby or aloof, but be inventively descriptive. The Plot wraps up in nice little bows, if you like that sort of ending and they feel deserved as there are moments of genuine tension.
A lovely conclusion to a interesting universe, that still leaves open the door for us to return, at least in my opinion.
