So I listened to most of this book without finishing it because I just couldn't stand the torture anymore. This book is narrated by an Ai and it was probably written by a 7th grader. The first 4 chapters tell the reader how to walk carefully. It then tells you that getting tired doesn't mean you are doing a good job, just out of shape. There is a long description about losing your balance and what to do if you feel dizzy while walking. Basically this book seems to have been written for an elderly person that has not walked in a long while and how to learn how to slowly move again. I got the impression that the book may have actually been written by the same computer that narrated it.
