After Tease is abducted by an unknown organization, her face, name, and very identity are eradicated. They train her to be a better assassin.

Her first mission as Sphinx is to travel to a remote tropical island posing as a scientist to get close to Viceroy, a ruthless drug lord. I liked the main character's moxie. She doesn't back down and is very tactical in her thinking. I didn't like all the nonconscensual forced actions and surgeries they did to her and forced service. She didn't ask to be saved; it was all.on them
It wasn't ultruistic.on their part; it was abuse and use. Not a fan of cliffhangers. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review.The narrator was good.
