An Epic Fantasy LitRPG Adventure
Resources? Zilch. Shelter? Ha. Monsters? Hungry, and closing in.
Joe the Ritualist fled Alfheim with the remnants of the Dwarven Oligarchy at his side. Though the hairy warriors number in the tens of thousands, they stand at the brink of extinction; and the new world they landed on isn’t pulling any punches. Jotunheim is a winter wonderland featuring a vast array of monsters: the least of which are hulking lizard-ape Hoardlings, and carnivorous penguins standing a dozen feet tall.
The world is massive, deadly, and empty: But all Joe sees is free real estate. Thanks to Specializing in magics that allow him to rapidly create buildings, the Ritualist starts carving out a defensible area for his allies. Dense walls, workshops that churn out weapons and armor, even magical edifices that rain death upon the swarming creatures. Being so new to the world, they mistakenly believe that expanding quickly equals safety.
But on the world of giants, ramping up production just means ringing a bigger dinner bell.

If you enjoyed the previous books in this series, I'm not sure why you would dislike this one. It is more of the thing that you liked.
Most people seem to like that. I certainly like that.
Maybe if you experienced a traumatic brain injury which altered your perception of reality...maybe that would explain your sudden shift in preference (I've suffered a few serious concussions in my life, and I can assure you this happens to some poor souls) but other than that, I can't understand the attitude (though that could be because of the concussions, I admit).
Additionally, if you didn't enjoy the previous books, why did you read so far into the series? That is quite a lot of self pun-ishment. You gotta love you bro. Don't torment yourself with entertainment you don't enjoy, and don't take your own issues out on unsuspecting authors.
And, if you haven't read the other books in this series, why would you start here and expect to understand and enjoy what is going on? We call the first book "first" for a reason. Start there. If you don't like it, stop there as well.
For those that leave negative reviews with real, justifiable criticism, that's fine. I'm sure the author can handle and appreciate useful critique. I think it's only the unsupportable complaining that makes him a...sour Krout.
More of the same, which is good!
