This book was well narrated. I like the voice. After all the other books I've listened to, I think this book's voice resonated best with me. Basically, the author takes all the umming and ahhing out. The book is broken down into three phases, well four phases actually if you include the personalised lifestyle plan at the end. It takes you through the foundations of wellness, and how to achieve it. Every aspect of wellness is covered, so you've got your food, you've got your exercise, you've got your mindset, emotional well-being, and explains what to do, and why in very simple English. It gets you motivated and then straight into your plan. It’s step-by-step, 30 days, every day laid out. First you've got your long term goal- wellness, and establishing healthy habits to sustain it, then you've got every day laid out from start to finish, with review, and journaling at the end of each day. There's no excuses. Take out the procrastination- no need for extra thinking to get started..no excuses.

I recommend this book for anyone who recognizes that they need a wellness re-set, but doesn't know where to start.
