This was an interesting book that focuses on time travel. In this fictional historical book the main character goes back in time to try to change history and defeat the Nazis. If we had time travel, this would be a good point in history to return to.

This is an Interesting 2nd installment of the History Time Traveler series, The Allies Defeat Nazi Germany. It takes place in November 1944, with a time traveler, Robert Evans, decides to stay in 1942 because of a possible problem with the time machine. A thought-provoking “what if" scenario that makes you think of how slight turns can alternate history. Wouldn’t shortening World War II in Europe and saving innumerable lives on both sides be amazing? My elderly Dad listened to it with me and it gave us a lively conversation afterward. I enjoyed really enjoyed this audible book.

Bought this for my dad who is an absolute WWII fanatic, and loves both historical nonfiction, alt history and historical fiction. This story not only entertained and captivated him, but got him into a series he didn't even know about before. Would recommend for anyone who is a WWII fan, who can appreciate historical sci/fiction in the era.

The history time traveller was so much fun to listen to. Robert Evans staying in 1942 gave history a little twist which makes history different and interesting. I listened to this audiobook when some family friends came to visit and we all had great fun listening. It got everyone involved and trying to figure out how else it could have gone. A must-have for all who love learning about history.
