Jordan knows everyone! many of the authors see reference in this book I've read already and are highly renowned and respected. this book shed light on things that people like myself do naturally, not understanding that there is an actual formula to recreating what comes so naturally to some. rather innate or learn, encouragement is a vitamin that everyone can use a little more of.

Surprisingly good. Comprehensive and Compelling.

I wasn't interested in this book because I thought I needed help becoming a better encourager, but instead because I respect who Jordan Montgomery is- but I fell in love with the message and have seen immediate fruit in my life from choosing to intentionally
encourage others

Jordans transparent and practical advice.

Jordan hit a home run with this book from cover to cover! I really appreciated how open and honest he was about his own life and struggles. If you are looking for a book that will make you a better spouse, parent, student, teacher, co-worker, leader, or you fill in the blank with any type of relationship you want to improve…then this book is for you! Well done Jordan!
