I find this book to be an invaluable resource in terms of pulling modalities together and offering many fascinating ways to apply this knowledge. I highly recommend this book to those who have never explored the aura. You don’t need to be able to view your aura physically but can discover what they are through the questionnaire given in the book or online as the pdf supplement show. This book will help guide you discover your strengths and areas where you need to work on (soul wounds). The explanations for such things as soul aura color is very easy to understand. The pdf supplement helps to guide you through the concepts. I like how this document gives you a summary of each concept. Helen Ye Plehn also offers ways for you to grow through her social media group to those who have purchased this book. I really like that added assistance where you can reach out for assistance on areas that you may be having difficulties with. The chapters are well put together and the examples of how the concepts apply to actual people in her practice is also very helpful. I discovered this book through a summit where Helen was a guest speaker. I am so glad to have discovered this book otherwise I would not have known about it.
