Fake dating my grumpy billionaire boss to save a small-town could cost me my career… and my heart.

After a viral meltdown burned my love life and my PR career, I’m here to disappear.
But drowning grumpy billionaire Harrison Cross in coffee ruins my fresh start plan.

To him, I’m a walking disaster. To me, he’s an off-limits stop sign with gorgeous eyes.

Now the local paper is digging into his past, investors are sweating, and the town jobs are on the line. My solution - a fake relationship, because nothing says “stable businessman” like staged dinner dates and public hand-holding.

So I become his temporary PR director. And his temporary girlfriend.

Except Mr. Grumpy Billionaire keeps rescuing me, looking at me like I’m not a disaster, and making my heart forget the word pretend.

And if this blows up, I lose my job, the town loses the resort, and I might lose him.

The Billionaire Boss Fake Dating Contract is a sweet standalone romcom full of swoon but no spice.

Both main characters in this story had problems they had run from in the past and now they are working together to restore a resort and fake dating to enhance the story. The plot was enjoyable with both having to decide what was really important to them. The author did a great job with the fountain scene because I could perfectly imagine it. The story was a good length for listening to over a couple afternoons. I found the pronunciation and cadence in the narration to be off-putting at times. The male voice was better than the female voice, but still not as good as a live reader.
