I'm only just delving into this incredible collection (the foreword by Dr Peter Orford is fantastic, and Matt Addis' Pickwick is wonderful) but I am already excited to move onto Part Two when I'm done here. Some of my favourite narrators are here - Jonathan Keeble, Juliet Stevenson, and more - and the production is really as good as it gets. And of course the writing is as good as it gets in World Literature. Easy to find the novel you want thanks to the listed chapters in the app. Couldn't ask for more to be honest - a no-brainer immediate buy for me and well worth it!

Couldn't ask for more from this excellent collection - all the readers are great, the novels are, of course, as good as they get, and everything nicely labelled to jump around from novel to novel. Roll on Part Two!

FANTASTIC

His best known novels were acceptional. But the lesser known stories tended to drag on. Always a fortunate wrap up in the end where justice and happiness win out over evil.in the end. I makes more sense when you realize that most of his stories were put out chapter by chapter through a magazine, until the white story was finished. That said, a lot of the stories read like a neighborhood soap opera, where the next episode was the next magazine issue. He seemed to lean a lot on ghost stories calling humans to redemption. The Christmas Carol was a progression in these short stories, but fortunately stands out.

Hard to get through non-popular works.
