Same as all the previous books. Half the book is a history lesson, which is interesting. The remaining book is the plot. Like always, Lance Spector is only about ten percent of the story. He is a minor character in these books. Why?

Before I start book 8, I just wanted to take the time to compliment Saul Herzog on his great writing style and how much I enjoyed the first installment of this Lance Spector series. I also wanted to compliment Jay Myers for his great narration. He has a calming and eloquent way for us to hear this story through his voice, and as well written as these books are the narration completes the books. Thank you both very much.

I liked that this book tied up lose ends from the previous book. This book keeps you on edge and hard to put down. I enjoy this series very much . Looking forward to continuing with The Center.
