I feel like it was only the first quarter of a good novel. It ended without answering any questions. That said it held my attention and had well developed characters. I have to say come on though he should have helped the dog ... poor guy!

The narrator jumps to the wildest conclusions on almost no evidence. It was impossible for me to stay with it because it made so little sense.

Taut writing, solid narration, the story makes no sense.

This book is repetitive, pointless, and a waste of your time and one credit. The ending is completely unsatisfying. The author gets to the end and does not know how to end what she has started. The question I asked from the beginning of this problem is where is the class roster? That would quickly end this sorry excuse for a short story
