Grace Livingston Hill is a fantastic writer and is timeless as these were written many years ago. Anne Hancock tells the story beautifully. She is my favorite narrator! I love the story and how interesting it is. It’s a great read.

I love ms hill's books. They are wonderful clean Christian books. This was no exception. as I listened I wondered if the two young people would ever get together with all the obstacles put in front of them. l enjoyed this book very much and would recommend it to one and all.

I am an Anne Hancock fan generally. Accents were good. The reader may, however, note that different words may receive emphasis than how people from the time period may have spoken it. Just my opinion. 🤷🏿‍♀️
