I loved that she mentioned that what you do in your personal life WILL affect your business. People can be turned off if they go to your page and see things that don’t paint your brand in the best light. Also responding to customers in a timely fashion REALLY matters . Customers like fast resolutions . I do want a part two… and hear more personal stories like “ my first 1,000 royalty check “ or “ my sales spiked when I did this.”
