This audiobook was everything you would expect from Kim and more! I pre-ordered this a month ago, and it dropped to my Kindle today - I literally listen it cover to cover. Another “Wow” listen from KT Ashbourne. This audiobook is all kinds of twisty and so, so good!
I love this series so much. I feel like these characters are like old friends. That’s what KT Ashbourne does to you, she pulls you in and then tortures you by threatening your friends!

This was my second The Lake Garda Mysteries audiobook. I liked the first one so much I bought book 16 thinking it might be a continuation. It was not but because I had listened to the previous audiobook I knew what was going on and could follow easily. I thoroughly enjoyed this audiobook, in fact I hardly did anything else until I finished it! There were lots of twists and turns.

Once again, KT Ashbourne has done it again! I started listening to this audio audiobook, and couldn’t stop before I found out what happened! Kim finds herself wrapped up in a peculiar case that makes little sense to anyone, especially the brusque Commissario Tommaso she is obliged to work with. It takes some patience, foresight, and intense investigation to figure out what actually happened and who did what to whom, and why they were all lying about it.

Detective Kim is an intriguing protagonist throughout this series. As difficult as it is to make each audiobook stand alone for a new listeners, those of us listening to the series from the beginning really want to know more about her personal life, too. For those of you who haven't listened to this series from the beginning, I highly recommend starting it at the beginning so you can understand kim and the characters around her.
