Heartfelt, hopeful, and undeniably hot — lesbian medical romances that heal and ignite.

"Too Little, Too Late?": Happily ever after doesn’t wait forever… and neither does desire.

Dr. Maddie Anderson has always put her career first, love last. Until she meets Lourdes Russo — magnetic, mature, impossible to resist. Their chemistry is scorching, but Maddie’s walls are hard to break, and Lourdes won’t wait forever. When a health crisis forces Maddie to choose, will she risk it all for love… or lose it too little, too late?

"At What Cost?": She knows the risks. But does she know the price of falling in love?

Nurse Anne Silva’s week is a mess — budget cuts, a wrecked car, and the blonde driver who fled the scene… until she turns up in Anne’s ward. Taylor Delaney never meant to run, but fear ruled her. Now she’ll do anything to make it right — even risk her heart. Their chemistry is instant, their kisses addictive. But Taylor’s secrets reach higher than Anne ever imagined. When the truth erupts, will love be worth the cost?

Passion Without Tension?": Can you have passion without tension… or does every great love need a little heat?

Hospice nurse Allie Walsh has always played it safe — closeted, careful, and hidden. Until she meets Izzie Roth: bold, magnetic, and impossible to ignore. Their chemistry is undeniable, their stolen glances electric. But for Allie, falling for Izzie means risking secrets she’s guarded for years. As passion ignites, desire becomes impossible to resist. Will love set her free — or cost her everything?

Start your emotional journey of hope, heartbreak, and happily-ever-afters now!

The stories were entertaining enough, but I found the characters very generic and poorly developed. They are too optimistic with surface level emotions. The most glaring issue I have is that the author has a very poor grasp of what it’s really like to work in healthcare. Still trying to figure out why a nursing graduate who is financially struggling would pursue an unnecessary nursing residency (that is not at all actually structured how it would be in real life)
