Sonny Lowe once traveled the world captaining a successful research vessel. These days, he and his crew get by with fishing and occasionally smuggling in the North Sea. One day, they’re chartered by a mysterious marine biologist to investigate rumors of a rediscovered prehistoric fish in the wilds of the Norwegian Sea.

After a violent thunderstorm, they find themselves trapped in an icy cove lost to time. Hidden in the cove’s ancient depths is a bloodthirsty megalodon. A monster of endless hunger, it soon develops a taste for human blood.

To get his crew out alive, Sonny will have to defeat his demons and fight like hell against a ferocious predator long thought extinct.

Awesome story. Incredible narration on this one. I wished the story was longer but that's a pet peeve of mine. What a ride this one was. I've always loved sharks and this one blew me away. Buy it today

This doesn't try to pretend to be anything other than a monster story. Fairly obvious, predictable storyline and characters were mostly one-dimensional. Still fun to just get lost in it for a few hours.

The narration was top notch though. The sound effects took a moment to get used to, since most books don't have them. However once you get used to them, they do add another level to the story. Well done.

Popcorn story

I had fun with this story although the characters weren't really fleshed out and it was a bit predictable but if you're looking for a fun little book to put on for a few hours about sailors trying to survive monstrosities that live under the water then you'll like this story

Decent little monster horror story

The story is decent, but the book is a little too short. I wish there was more character development and detail.

The narrator does a good job, although the sound effects can be distracting at times.

I am a sucker for books about sea monsters and giant sharks, so it was enjoyable enough. I just wish there was more of it.

Good narration, but could use more shark action.

Not typically my go to genre but I really enjoyed this story. it was quick and to the point, but I still really enjoyed the plot and character development and in such a short story that's a big feat. The narration was also really great, and the characters sounded diverse. I enjoyed the ambient noise in this as it was skillfully used.

really enjoyed
