The subject of the Metaverse can be hard to grasp but I felt the author charismatically provided enough connections to commonly known resources and leaders in the Metaverse, that anyone can see there are opportunities a bound.

Terry Winters did an excellent job writing what the inevitable future will look like and Alan Turton has a fantastic narrator voice. They go through the book comparing the metaverse with several pop culture books and movies. Gives a brief intro on how you could potentially make money from investing as well as the drawbacks a lot of the technologies have. I would say this book is written for those who have little knowledge in the field. However, I came in from a tech background and quite a bit of in-depth blockchain knowledge but still found the book to be an enjoyable listen.

Highly suggest whether you're new to the field or have been in it for a while.

The author does a decent job of touching in the relevant Metaverse topics. The attuned reader will learn how to orient their thinking to he metaverse. However, on such a nascent technology, the struggle is in contextualization. And I believe the author's results to this regard is spotty. The Metaverse is a topic that requires us to rethink ingrained paradigms. This book struggles to help us do that while simultaneously covering the myriad of topics required to fully grok the metaverse. However, great guides are few and far between in this arena. In that case, I highly recommend this one.
