Most relevant
for many of these titles of Jane Austen's, this was my first read ever. I'm a big fan of Ms Landor and the only one she read that I had much of an issue with was sense and sensibility. it starts off rather slow. I didn't find the other two narrators quite as good and I'm wondering if that impacted my feeling of the story. but I was able to get a very good sense of Jane Austen from this. and she remains one of my favorite authors. I highly recommend this collection to anyone interested in her work, especially if you've listened to the bridgeton books by Ms Landor.

I bought this without any reviews, trusting the words of JA to the voice of Rosalyn Landor. I’m still listening. But, even if the rest of the collection is awful, I’d have been happy to have spent one credit to own the recordings of Sense and Sensibility and Pride and Prejudice done by Ms. Landor. Edit: as I've continued, Ms. Bentinck is a fine narrator, too. One credit was MORE than a bargain for the 3.5 books I've listened through.

NB: the novels are not broken down. Chapter 1 is the start of S&S, narrated by Rosalyn Landor. Chapter 51 is the start of P&P narrated by Rosalyn Landor. Chapter 112 is the start of Mansfield Park, narrated by Anna Bentinck. Chapter 160 is the start of Emma, narrated by Anna Bentinck.
