Amazing, redemptive, A tool from God for healing

After seeing so many reviews for other books complain about annoying or poor narration, I just had to comment: that is NOT the case with this book! It is by far the most enjoyable narration I’ve heard, with plenty of intonation, feeling, and even brief chuckles at the humorous moments. Mark has a soothing radio voice. You can very much feel his heart for his listeners that comes from his own painful experiences in the trenches with us. Having anyone else narrate would not do justice because it’s so much more than just another book; it’s the personal testimony of a fellow sufferer, compassionately extending the hope he’s gleaned from his hell-turned-to-heaven.

Mark’s books and resources have provided deep comfort and many lightbulb moments in my mental health battles. I’ve learned more from him in the past 6+ months than I have from anyone in the past few YEARS. I finally understand bewildering struggles that condemned me for years and how life experiences that I tried to shrug off have deeply impacted me. I cannot recommend Mark DeJesus enough. Even if you don’t have mental health issues, any Christian can benefit from the core message and principles he brings for a more fulfilled life!
