I like the practical, simple approach. The author describe the 10 most popular goal setting system before introduce his system, so easy to understand and compare them. With the clear and specific examples easy to learn the system and use our purpose.

You never know what you might be getting when you buy a short book on Audible. There is more variability in book quality as the length decreases. This book however was helpful in laying out what setting good goals looks like and his system is well considered.

The author listed 10 of the top goal setting methods and added his own version which presumably took the best parts of the top 10 methods. However the author did not take the strongest parts of the strongest goal setting methods and it felt like the author did not actually understand all the methods he listed, and he does not know what he lacks, which is why he was unable to create a better method. I did however like his weekly causal analysis section and so I will add this to my goal setting tool set.
